Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@weotaku.space to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with Proof of Purchase, the Item, then mail your return to the following address which will be given to you at your time of return: Weotaku Space Attn: Returns RMA # United States Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:    

●     Digital Media – Pictures      

●     Digital Media – Music      

●     Digital Media – Movies      

●     Subscriptions

Additional Details regarding digital goods

●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.      

●     Eligible Products: Only digital products/services that are explicitly stated as eligible for returns are covered by this policy. Please note that certain digital products/services may be exempt from returns due to their nature or licensing restrictions.      

●     Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 14 days from the date of purchase. You can reach us by emailing support@weotaku.space, or follow the instructions provided on our website.      

●     Return Requirements: a. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, when requesting a return. b. Unused/Unaccessed Products: The digital product/service must be unused and not accessed or activated. Once the product has been accessed or used, it may become non-returnable.      

●     Refund Options: Refunds for eligible returns may be provided in one of the following forms: a. Original Payment Method: If the purchase was made using a credit/debit card or other electronic payment methods, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. b. Store Credit/Voucher: Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit or voucher that can be used for future purchases on our platform.      

●     Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to complete the return process. This may include deactivating accounts, uninstalling software, or deleting downloaded files as applicable.      

●     Time Frame for Return Completion: You must complete the return process within the time frame provided by our customer support. Failure to comply may result in the return request being invalidated.      

●     Exceptions and Restrictions: Please note the following exceptions and restrictions to our digital return policy: a. Non-eligible Products: Some digital products/services may not be eligible for returns due to their nature or licensing restrictions. We will clearly indicate if a product/service is non-returnable. b. Violation of Terms: Returns may be denied if there is evidence of violation of our terms of service, unauthorized usage, or abuse of the return policy.
